How long does it take?

• United States: typically 5-10 business days doorstep to doorstep.
• Everywhere else: 7-15 business days (customs can add a little extra).

Free shipping?

Absolutely! US carts over $75 ship free, and international carts over $150 get the same sweet deal. Otherwise, real-time rates show up at checkout.

As soon as your parcel hits the road you’ll get a tracking link—keep an eye on your inbox.

Running late?

If tracking hasn’t moved for 10 days, or it’s been 30 business days since dispatch, ping us at hello@fluffytamer.com and we’ll chase it up.
