Return Policy for Personalized Products

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your personalized product arrives defective or there's an issue with your order, we're committed to making it right.

Defective or Problematic Products

If you encounter a defect with your product or if the product does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your item at fluffytamer.com@gmail.com. In your communication, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or problem

Upon receipt of your email, we will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, provide instructions on how and where to send your product for a return or exchange, along with a return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Non-customized items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original packaging

Exchanges and Refunds

For products that are defective or do not match your order specifications, we offer exchanges or refunds. To initiate an exchange, please contact us. If a refund is approved, it will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
